Ancient Wisdom, Modern Health

Ayurveda is an ancient healing art originating more than 5,000 years ago.  It is a complete mind, body, spirit approach to health and well-being.  The doshas, which represent our constitutional make up, are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.  The goal of an Ayurvedic consultation is to determine an individual's Ayurvedic constitution (in any combination of Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and their imbalances, and then restore balance through a carefully constructed treatment plan.
